PT Muda Karya Export is a registered Indonesian exporter in Sidoarjo, East Java. Today we export coconut shell charcoal briquettes and vanilla planifolia, and source other commodities on request. Every quotation carries a written specification, and every shipment leaves Tanjung Perak, Surabaya with a full export document set.

Terms of trade
The same terms apply to every product and every commodity we quote. They are repeated in each quotation and Sales Contract.

- FOB, CIF or CFR under Incoterms 2020. Prices are quoted in USD.
- Loading port
- Tanjung Perak, Surabaya
- Payment
- T/T in USD. New buyers (first 5 purchase orders): 70% before production and 30% before the original B/L is released. After 5 completed and fully paid orders: 50% and 50%.
- Original B/L
- Released after 100% of the contract value has been received.
- Quotation
- Reply within 1 business day. A formal quotation is valid for 14 business days.
- Samples
- The size depends on the commodity, for example 5 to 10 kg of briquettes or 100 to 200 g of vanilla. Sent by DHL or FedEx at the buyer's cost.
- Quality control
- Every order passes quality control before packing, with a QC report and a Certificate of Analysis from an accredited laboratory.
- Claims
- In writing within 14 calendar days of arrival. First response within 24 hours, resolution offer within 7 business days.

QC report, CoA and stuffing photos before the vessel departs.

Balance by T/T, then the original B/L and documents are released.
