We export Indonesian commodities. Our product lines today are coconut shell charcoal briquettes and vanilla planifolia, and we source other commodities on request. Goods come from farmers, producers and supplier partners across Indonesia, pass our quality control, and ship to importers on FOB, CIF or CFR terms.
A commodity joins our product list only when its specification, its supplier, its price basis and its export documents are verified. Until then we quote it case by case, or tell you plainly that we cannot supply it yet.
We are a young company, so we put the terms in writing: a specification, price basis and validity in every quotation, a complete document set with every shipment, and fixed response times for questions and claims.
