Overview
Four grades, sorted and vacuum sealed
Whole vanilla pods are sorted by length and vacuum sealed in food-grade packs. Four grades cover premium gourmet use through to standard commercial use.
The pods are sourced from partner farmers in Flores, Papua and South Sulawesi. Each pack is labelled with its lot number and pod length, and farm-to-port traceability is available on request.

All grades follow SNI 01-0010-2002: characteristic natural vanilla aroma, no foreign matter and no mold. Values are limits, and final values are confirmed in your quotation.

Sorted by length
Pods are graded by length and condition before packing.
Vacuum sealed
Food-grade vacuum packs of 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg or bulk per kg protect aroma and moisture.
Labelled by lot
Each pack carries a lot number and pod length. Farm-to-port traceability on request.
CoA per batch
Vanillin content tested by HPLC and reported in a Certificate of Analysis.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 kg. If you need a smaller trial quantity for a first order, contact us to discuss.
What is the difference between the grades?
Grades IA and IB are whole, glossy black pods with the highest vanillin content and the longest pods. Grades II and III have lower vanillin content, shorter pods and may include cut pods. See the specification table above.
How is the vanilla packed and how long does it keep?
Pods are vacuum sealed in food-grade packs of 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg or bulk per kg, with OEM packaging on request. Shelf life is up to 24 months when stored cool and dry.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. A vacuum-sealed sample of 100 to 200 g with a Certificate of Analysis and specification sheet is available to serious buyers. The courier cost (DHL or FedEx) is borne by the buyer, and the sample fee may be waived for confirmed bulk orders above the minimum order.
Is halal certification available?
Yes, through LPPOM MUI, on request at the time of order. It adds 14 to 30 days of lead time.
What is the lead time?
14 to 21 business days after the down payment is confirmed, before sea freight.
